***Out of both of these candidates I find that Obama has a better view on education and he also has a set plan that he wants to put into effect. McCain doesn't seem to have much to say on the topic of childerns education. Every video that I have gone through about McCain on education only lasted for three minuets max and he didn't seem to say much about the topic at all. I felt that it was more of his opinions rather than facts. The first video I saw on Obama was seven minuets long and it was very informative. He has a lot to say about what he wants to do with helping students get through grade school and high school without massive amounts of struggling and even collage. I find Obama to be a better choice for president than McCain, because in my opinion he has more to offer us and he is clear of what he wants to do more so than McCain.

“I don't want to send another generation of American children to failing schools. I don't want that future for my daughters. I don't want that future for your sons. I do not want that future for America.” — Barack Obama, Jefferson-Jackson Dinner, Des Moines, Iowa, November 10, 2007

“I believe parents should be empowered with their school choice to send their children to the school that can best educate them, just as many members of Congress do with their own children. I find it beyond hypocritical that many of those who would refuse to allow public school parents to choose their child's school would never agree to force their own children into a school that did not work or was unsafe. They make another choice. That is a right we should honor for all parents. It is fundamental and essential,” McCain says.

***After searching for quotes from each candidate I was able to find Obama’s opinion very easily, but McCain's opinion, on the other hand, is very hard to find. It seems that McCain is not focusing on our education as much as he should be. Obama is looking like he is right on top of the issue as a main priority, unlike McCain.
